Leaf interpretations in transfer inks
Make a unique quilt-top or hanging using a variety of methods based on leaves. No artistic knowledge is needed to produce a number of painted and printed fabric areas which will later form your finished piece when stitched together.
Please bring ½ a metre of white or cream polyester cotton (Bedding is often made of polycotton so an unwanted pillowslip of this mixture would be suitable to use).
Scissors to cut paper.& large fabric-cutting scissors
Newspaper to cover the tables.
Baking parchment to protect iron and blanket
Various sizes of leaves.
8 sheets of computer/typing paper
Please bring any of the following if you happen to have them Transfer paints , transfer crayons, a large artists paint brush, cardmaker’s stamps
